After attending the International Vision Expo yesterday in Vegas, Vanessa Anne Hudgens kept up her busy schedule with a trip to this afternoon’s Variety Power of Youth event benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

The High “School Musical3″ starlet has already made her way to the Globe Theater in Universal City, where Variety is holding its latest fundraiser.

Once she showed up, Vanessa anne Hudgens almost immediately ran into and spent a little time with fellow Disney star Miley Cyrus (aka Hannah Montana).

Both dressed in casual tops, jeans and suede boots, Vanessa anne Hudgens and Miley Cyrus posed for a few pictures before tending to their duties as celebrity guests.
