We’re supposed to be packing for our second of three mini-holidays, but instead had to show you these new pieces coming out. One will appear to your inner cozie cutie, and one is for the inner vixen. Here’s our little slice of naughty and nice:

Angelic Weapons “Blue Angel” Collection, Hot nylon

It might be called “Blue Angel,” but Angelic Weapons’ new Autumn collection is actually red, red hot. Featuring some beautifully detailed corsets in red, black, and white, this collection tips over from decadent into good old-fashioned sex appeal. We love the matching burlesque skirt (shown above), which designer Lindsay Fidler has thoughtfully designed so it can be taken apart, washed, then put back together again with a little button. We’re glad she thought of the practicalities, because we’re just drooling over the look! La Magia is first to have the collection online, prices range from around £200-£300 for a corset, and there’s a variety of styles and shapes to pick from.sheandme loungewear

That was your naughty, now here’s a little nice: sheandme is a “comfortwear” company who aim to be socially responsible, while designing sexy, comfy loungewear for women. They produce their simple-yet-chic designs in California, and work with minority businesses and charities to promote empowerment and opportunities for women. On top of all of that, their loungewear is really nice — our bargain queen Katie loved their stuff at the Vegas show, and we’ve completely fallen for these sweet designs - the “flirti chemise” pictured above (top, $80) is our favourite. Prices are around $130 for a loungewear set and $80 for a separate, and sizes come in s/m and m/l. There’s also plenty of tee-shirts, hoodies and other tops for those of us who live in a simple tee. We highly recommend browsing through their lovely collection and finding something nice for yourself!

‘Sheilas wheels’ have come up with the perfect solution - ‘Sheilas Heel’s. Basically it gives us girls a safe, flat driving shoe and a glamorous pair of heels all in one - best of both worlds and all at the touch of a button.

It would appear that more than 11.5 million lady drivers in the UK are putting themselves and others at risk by driving in wrong footwear - definitely worth a purchase girls!!! Take a look at the website for more info.

I always like to know what’s going on in the couture world as I find it really refreshing to see designers go wild without having any restrictions! This time I have looked at the one and only Jean Paul Gaultier, who has taken inspiration from princely attire with a breath taking section on the princes of India.

There is so much going on in this collection, I don’t know where to start! From heavily fringed epaulettes on silk shirts to elaborate embroidered velvet jackets mixed in with jewelled turbans and zebra print tunics with snakeskin jodhpurs! It all sounds like a complete mish mash but the whole collection is really stunning with lots of intricate detail.

The headwear is really unusual, mostly crowns and turbans, however some of the crowns are actually constructed from the models hair! It is pretty amazing but I would hate to be the model unlucky enough to have a crown attached to her head, I’m sure that will take a lot of work to get out! Ouch!

After their ridiculously successful campaign with Kate Moss, Agent Provocateur has moved on to an even saucier choice - the delectable Maggie Gyllenhaal, almost certainly chosen because of her saucy role in Secretary. Fashionising’s fantastic blog has all the photos, and we love the look behind the campaign - very sexy, very vintage, very AP. Who needs a supermodel anyway?

Sass & Bide for Lovable - Sneak Preview Launched!

Fashionistas are breathlessly awaiting the launch of Sass & Bide’s new lingerie collaboration with Lovable, their first foray into intimates after the Australian duo exploded onto the fashion scene with their famous jeans. There’s a holding page herewhere you can sign up for a launch alert The site has just launched with full-sized images, and you can check out some other photos at Sassy Bella and at the Tito Media gallery for the party (sadly, we don’t have a login for the bigger pics!) We’re thinking it looks like a younger Elle Machperson, but will reserve judgment until we see it ourselves.

Condessa launches new maternity collection, “Veronica”

New mothers looking for something a touch more fashionable should check out Condessa’s new line “Veronica”, a metallics range of nursing bras available up to an F-cup. We love that these nursing bras don’t look like nursing bras - they’re just pretty bras that happen to have a discreet clip on the shoulder strap! You can check out “Veronica” here.

New Mimi Holliday at Mio Destino

Mio Destino have just released their Mimi Holliday collection for Autumn, in shades ranging from peach to Coral and some sexier blacks. Of course, Damaris’s signature bow-back knickers are available in mini version at Mimi (as pictured above, £26 for knickers), and we love the sweet little look of this collection. Bras in the collection are about £39, and knickers around £26. Go check it out!

A new issue of Intimate Apparel Business it available online, publicly available for anyone wanting to see what’s happening in the lingerie industry. Check out pages 20-21 for a piece about Spring/Summer 08, where I’m quoted amongst many others in predicting trends for the next year.
